This space is a quiet corner of Open Pages, an evolving visual diary of inspiration, creativity, and soulful expression. It started as a home for images and reflections from The Open Page: A Visual Journaling Handbook, but it's growing—just like the creative process itself.

Open Pages is more than a workbook or a place to share prompts. It's a philosophy. A gentle, intuitive approach to artmaking that prioritizes process over perfection, curiosity over control. While visual journaling is our current focus—using color, shape, and movement to express feelings rather than thoughts, we’re also expanding into the world of intuitive painting. These two practices go hand in hand. Both are about listening inward, letting go of outcomes, and finding beauty in what arises organically.

This journal will include snapshots of visual journals, pages in progress, and moments from future intuitive painting explorations. Think of it as a window into the practice: one that doesn’t aim to impress, but to connect. No filters. Just honest glimpses into the messy, magical, colorful experience of creating from the inside out.
